“On August 20th, 2014, some of the leading thinkers in foster care gathered in Oklahoma City to share ideas and experiences that are making a difference throughout the country. The presentations and discussions from this important were captured on video to be utilized as resources designed to equip a team of passionate people in any church to be wise and thoughtful foster care advocates.
Jason and his wife Trisha have been caring for and adopting children from U.S. foster care since 2001. They have had the privilege of adopting their five children from foster care in three different states. Jason is the co-author of the book Launching an Orphans Ministry in Your Church and is the Executive Producer and co-host of the “If You Were Mine” DVD Adoption Workshop. He and his wife, Trisha are co-authors of the small group bible study entitled Considering Adoption: A Biblical Perspective. Jason serves as the National Director of Foster Care Initiatives for the Christian Alliance for Orphans and lives with his family in Plano, Texas.”
